Whitelisting in Barracuda solutions

Barracuda is a popular programme that businesses employ all over the world to secure their email systems. To ensure that Moxso's emails reach your mailbox, you'll need to whitelist our IP addresses in Barracuda's Email Security Gateway. Below, we'll walk you through the whitelisting process for our IP addresses if you use Barracuda.

Whitelisting IP Addresses in Barracuda Email Security Service (Cloud)

If your organisation is using Barracuda's Email Security Service (cloud), you can follow these steps to whitelist Moxso's IP addresses:

  1. Log in to your Barracuda Cloud Control account.

  2. Go to "Email Security" > "Inbound Settings" > "IP Address Policies".

  3. Enter the IP addresses you’ve received from us in the IP “Blocking / Exemption” section. Then repeat this step for each of our IP addresses.

  4. Change the “Policy” tab to “Exempt” and, to make it a bit more manageable, add a note in the comment section so you know what the IPs are related to (e.g. “Moxso’s Simulated Phishing IP Address”).

  5. Click "Add" to whitelist the IP address.

  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for all of the IP addresses you received from Moxso.
