Whitelisting in Cisco Secure Email

If you are using Cisco Secure Email, you may need to whitelist Moxso to ensure that our simulated attacks are not blocked by your spam filters. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to whitelist Moxso's IP addresses in your Cisco Secure Email settings.

Step 1: Access the Host Access Table

To get to the Host Access Table, click on the "Mail Policies" tab in your Cisco Secure Email account. Under the "Host Access Table" section, select "HAT Overview."

Step 2: Select Inbound Mail Listener

On the right side of the page, you can see whether your “Inbound Mail Listener” is selected or not - if not, you will need to activate it. This will ensure that the whitelisting applies to incoming mails.

Step 3: Add Moxso's IP addresses to the Whitelist

From the “Sender Group” column below, click "Whitelist." Then click the "Add Sender" button located at the bottom half of the page.

Enter the IP addresses you received from Moxso.

Once you have entered the IP addresses, click the "Submit" button to save your changes. Now the IP addresses from Moxso should be activated in your system.
