If you are using Google Workspace, you might need to whitelist Moxso's IPs in order for our emails to reach your inbox. This guide will take you through the process of how you whitelist Moxso in Google Workspace.
Step 1: Sign in to your Google Admin Console
Go to the Google Admin Console website and sign in using your Google Workspace admin information.
Step 2: Go to the Gmail Settings
Once you have signed in, go to the Gmail settings by selecting "Apps" from the main menu, then select "Google Workspace," followed by "Gmail," and finally "Spam, Phishing and Malware."
Step 3: Select the Organization
On the "Spam, Phishing and Malware" tab, select your organisation from the left-hand panel.
Step 4: Whitelist the IP Address
Scroll down to the "Email whitelist" section, and enter the IP address that you have received from Moxso. These are the IP addresses that you want to add to your whitelist. You can enter multiple IP addresses by separating them with commas.
Step 5: Save Changes
At the bottom of the page, click "Save" to save your changes.
For more details about adding IP addresses to the whitelist in Gmail, please refer to Google's website: Add IP addresses to allow-lists in Gmail. If you encounter any issues during the whitelisting process, please don't hesitate to visit our contact page.
If the Moxso add-in hasn't been automatically installed to your Outlook, you can do it manually. Here we walk you through the installation.
