McAfee MX Solutions is a cloud-based email security solution that helps protect your organization from spam, phishing, and other email-based attacks. If your organization is using McAfee MX Solutions and you're experiencing issues with receiving emails from Moxso, you may need to whitelist Moxso’s IP addresses.
Here we'll guide you through the steps to whitelist Moxso’s IPs in McAfee MX Solutions.
Step 1: Login to McAfee/MX Logic’s Control Console
To whitelist Moxso’s IPs in McAfee MX Solutions, you'll need to log in to the McAfee/MX Logic’s Control Console. Once logged in, click on the "Email Protection" tab, then click on the "Policies" tab.
Step 2: Highlight the Inbound Policy You Want to Modify
Next, you'll need to highlight the inbound policy you want to modify. Click on "Edit" to manage the policy.
Step 3: Select the "Allow/Deny" Tab and insert the Moxso IP Addresses
Once you've selected the inbound policy, you'll need to select the "Allow/Deny" tab. Then you find the "Add Address" box and insert the Moxso IP addresses that you have received. We recommend that you tick the "Bypass attachment policy" checkbox.
Step 4: Click on "Add" and Then "Save"
After inserting the Moxso IP addresses and ticking the "Bypass attachment policy" checkbox, click on "Add" and then "Save". Your changes will be saved, and you should be able to receive emails from Moxso without any issues.
