Learn how our integration with Slack enables your Moxso directory to be automatically updated with employees and groups.
With our Slack integration you can create employee accounts on our platform without having to manually transfer all employees to Moxso's hub. Once the integration is configured and the data mapping is complete, your data will be synced to the Moxso dashboard.
The users who are listed in Slack will be added to the Moxso platform. For new employees, we will create a new account on the platform and there will furthermore be sent an introduction email with information about our awareness training to new employees. Everything goes smoothly as the employees who match on Moxso and Slack (through email) are catalogued between the two systems.
In other words, if something is changed in Moxso, nothing in your directory in Slack would change because the integration only does a one-way synchronisation between the platforms. When something in Slack changes, e.g. a new employee is added, the Moxso platform will update immediately.
Note: You must be your Slack account's administrator in order to finish the integration. You have two options before doing these things: either apply to be an admin or get help from your admin:
With the new Moxso-integration, you can choose which groups and individuals should receive phishing simulations. It is recommended that you incorporate Moxso into your daily tasks so that you and your coworkers can learn to identify phishing scams and hackers.
