Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. Apart from the monthly subscription fee, there are no additional fees.

What payment methods do Moxso accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Our Business+ customers can pay by invoice or bank transfer.

What happens if I add more employees to my plan?

Employees can be added or removed at any time. The cost of each new employee will be pro-rated and charged based on your billing schedule.

Can I cancel or switch my plan at any time?

Yes! You can manage your plan in your account section. Any downgrades are immediate, and we don't offer refunds for unused time on your plan.

Does Moxso offer discounts for nonprofits?

Yes! We offer certified nonprofits a discount. Send us your documents and we'll send you a code to sign up with.

What is your uptime and availability?

We have an uptime of 99.9% or higher. We replicate all data continuously on two nodes for our databases and through multiple data centers.
