Learn how your Moxso directory is automatically updated with employees and groups thanks to our integration with Google Workspace.
Our Google Workspace integration allows you to create accounts for your employees without having to transfer them to Moxso's platform manually. Your data will be synchronised to the Moxso dashboard once the integration has been set up and the data mapping has been finished.
The Moxso platform will add the users who are listed in Google Workspace. New hires will instantly get a new account on the platform, along with an introductory email that contains details about our awareness training. The employees who match on Moxso and Google Workspace (through email) are catalogued between the two platforms, meaning that everything happens effortlessly.
The integration only performs a one-way synchronisation between Moxso and Google Workspace, indicating that if something is modified in Moxso, nothing in your directory in Google Workspace would be altered. However, the Moxso platform will automatically update whenever something changes in your Google Workspace, such as the addition of a new employee.
