Whitelisting VPNs, Firewalls, and Link Scanners

Moxso is a platform that offers training features and plugins to enhance cybersecurity awareness in organisations. In order to ensure that the platform runs smoothly, it is important to make sure that proxies, VPNs, firewalls, and link scanners do not block access to certain Moxso subdomains.

Whitelisting Domains

To make sure that the Moxso plugin and training features function without any issues, please make sure that your proxy, VPN, or firewall isn't blocking access to any of the following Moxso sub-domains:

  • moxso.com
  • api.moxso.com
  • hub.moxso.com
  • app.moxso.com
  • auth.moxso.com
  • moxso-plugin.com

If your proxy or link scanner analyses the links included in emails and blocks them, you will need to whitelist the domains Moxso uses so you can receive our simulated phishing emails. Please reach out to your Moxso Onboarding Manager for the up-to-date list of domains that are currently being used.

Whitelisting Moxso domains is essential to ensure that the platform runs smoothly and without any issues. If you need additional guidance or have any questions, please visit our contact page.
